Marketing Operations Specialist

Your Role The Digital and Measurement team is responsible for elevating marketing strategies into omnichannel solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for the Markets Organization. The Email Development Specialist, Senior will report to the Manager, Email Development. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing email journeys covering a wide range of marketing programs. You will influence the end-to-end operations of building and activating email campaigns for an optimal member and prospect experience while achieving call-center, digital self-service, and digital adoption goals. You will contribute to the development of tools, processes, and frameworks that advance best practices and deliver successful email marketing programs.
