The People Concern
The People Concern is hiring a Case Manager for the Cloverfield Services Center in Santa Monica. The selected candidate will work with a diverse and marginalized client caseload to provide intensive case management services aimed at achieving permanent housing. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant case management experience, emphasizing harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
