A Compassionate Choice Home Care, LLC is a trusted home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families throughout the Las Vegas, NV area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Entry-level applicants are welcome; previous experience is helpful but not required Experience in marketing, customer service, community outreach, senior home care, healthcare, or sales is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Friendly, compassionate, dependable, and professional Comfortable meeting new people and making community visits Able to work independently and follow up consistently Basic computer, email, virtual-meeting, and social-media skills Reliable internet access and an appropriate remote workspace for any approved remote duties Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for client visits, facility outreach, and events Must protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality in both in-person and remote work settings Responsibilities Introduce and promote our home care services throughout the community Develop professional relationships with group living facilities, senior communities, healthcare providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, social service organizations, and other potential referral partners Visit group living facilities and community organizations to provide information about our services Represent A Compassionate Choice Home Care at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities. Distribute brochures and other marketing materials Follow up with referral sources and prospective clients Assist with phone, email, social media, and community-based marketing Accompany or assist the agency administrator during visits with prospective and current clients Help welcome new clients and support a smooth start of services Check in with current clients and communicate feedback or concerns to the administrator Maintain professional records of outreach activities, contacts, visits, and referrals Complete approved administrative, follow-up, and digital-marketing duties remotely when appropriate Represent the agency professionally and respectfully in the community Perform other administrative and outreach duties as assigned Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow referral partnerships across the Las Vegas area Requirements: Prior experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or community outreach preferred Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a passion for serving others Excellent communication and public speaking abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field Familiarity with the Las Vegas healthcare and senior care community is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Proficiency in CRM tools or basic reporting software preferred Compensation, Schedule, and Work Arrangement Starting pay: $18–$27 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and assigned responsibilities Potential performance-based bonuses in addition to hourly pay Bonus eligibility and amounts will be based on agency-approved goals, job performance, and applicable laws and regulations Part-time schedule to start, and Flexible hours may be available Potential hybrid or partially remote work arrangement Local travel and some in-person work will be required Remote-work eligibility will depend on job performance, assigned duties, and agency needs Opportunity to grow into a full-time position Training and support provided Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr A Compassionate Choice Home Care, LLC
