Laboratory Technician
PRI Global
We are seeking a Food Microbiology Laboratory Specialist to support in-house food microbiology testing and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with food microbiology testing, media preparation, microbiological analysis, plating, and sample processing. Microbiology experience is the most important qualification for this role. Food Science experience is a plus but is not required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, or a related scientific field . 2–3 years of hands-on food microbiology testing experience preferred. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, candidates must have 5+ years of relevant food microbiology work experience . Strong hands-on microbiology laboratory experience is required. Experience with food ingredients, finished products, and/or environmental samples is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
