Registered Clinical Dietitian at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living This role is based in New Providence. Join our team as a Clinical Dietitian. In this role, develop and manage nutritional care programs to enhance the quality of life for Erickson Community residents. Ensure compliance with all regulations and support dining operations in Continuing Care. Compensation Part Time: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Full Time: Salary range $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus. How you will make an impact Ensure the resident nutritional needs are met and documented to fulfill the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations. Plan and monitor Continuing Care Residents' nutritional programs. Assist in the supervision of the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff. Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of the dining staff. Provide nutritional in‑service education to both staff and residents. Manage and train team members. What you will need Must have Current License with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Experience in health care food service management and clinical nutrition preferred. Knowledge of and ability to utilize clinical and administrative dietetics including issues in persons with terminal illness. Computer practical understanding (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn more programs. Flexible with schedule. Supervisory experience is preferred. Experience and passion working with the geriatric population. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
