To further our growth and enhance our expertise, we are looking for a Senior Research Analyst reporting to the Head of Marketing Intelligence and Senior Partner. More specifically, the Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for: leading quantitative marketing research projects – developing methodologies and questionnaires, managing data collection, analyzing results, and ensuring project management; participating in qualitative marketing research projects (individual interviews, focus groups, ethnography) – developing methodology and discussion guides, facilitating focus groups, formalizing insights, and ensuring project management; collaborating with team members and mentoring analysts and interns; presenting sections of projects during client presentations; contributing to the preparation of service proposals to meet clients’ business objectives; developing long-term business relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise and the strength of the team working on the project. We Are Seeking a Future Team Member With a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field; a graduate degree in marketing, statistics, psychology, or any other related field (a major asset); over 3 years of professional experience in marketing analysis or marketing research; proficiency in statistical analysis techniques such as regression, behavioural segmentation, factor analysis, conjoint analysis (a major asset); proficiency in analytical tools, particularly SPSS or Q, and survey platforms (ideally Qualtrics or another survey platform); excellent writing and communication skills, both in French and English; curiosity, ease in working within a team, and strong interpersonal skills; analytical thinking, rigour, and great attention to detail.
