Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung and Head and Neck Oncology - Pacific Northwest

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Thought Leader Liaison for the Pacific Northwest to lead key opinion leader engagement strategy across lung and head and neck oncology portfolios. This field-based role involves developing regional KOL strategies, collaborating with brand and sales teams, and supporting educational initiatives with 50-65% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional KOL engagement and marketing education strategy development and execution
- Serve as key RYBREVANT Brand team member providing market insights and strategic feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with academic, community KOLs, and stakeholders
- Monitor regional lung and head and neck cancer trends; coordinate aligned engagement plans
- Manage regional marketing budget and support innovative educational platform development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred
- Minimum 6 years marketing, medical affairs, key account management, or sales experience
- Demonstrated experience engaging with KOLs and influential healthcare providers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ACCME, HCC, and PhRMA compliance guidelines
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with patient-centered focus
