About the Role: The Superintendent, General, plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects with a focus on plumbing systems to ensure timely and quality completion. This position requires coordinating multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The superintendent acts as the primary on-site leader, resolving issues promptly and facilitating communication between stakeholders to drive project success. They are responsible for monitoring the installation and integration of plumbing systems within the broader construction framework, ensuring compliance with design specifications and codes. Ultimately, this role ensures that all aspects of the construction project are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, resulting in successful project delivery within the United States construction industry. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a construction superintendent with a focus on plumbing systems in commercial or residential projects. Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and installation practices within the United States. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to plumbing and general construction. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in construction management or related field (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, PMP, or equivalent).
