(Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in-office); Open to considering Atlanta, GA or Denver, CO.About the RoleCharterUP is seeking an early career Data Analyst to join our Finance BI team, someone eager to tackle data challenges and assist in meeting the reporting and analytics needs of teams throughout the organization. This role's deliverables will have a high impact, with visibility to leadership.ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets) for both one-off data requests and recurring reports.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will guide business strategy and decision-making.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and initiatives.Conduct statistical analysis and model data to predict future trends and performance.Present findings, recommendations, and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.Experience and ExpertiseBachelor's and Master's degrees.
