Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a well-established alternative investment management firm to identify a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of private investment funds while partnering closely with investment professionals, fund administrators, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reporting for multiple private investment funds
• Account for investment activity across a variety of investment structures and strategies
• Coordinate with third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Partner with investment professionals on accounting and investment-related matters
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
• Assist with audited financial statements and year-end audit requirements
• Participate in process improvements and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting and/or investment management experience preferred
• Strong financial statement preparation experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Interest in alternative investments and capital markets
