Royale Company

Join the front desk team of a luxury residential building in Manhattan, on a fixed full-time schedule you can plan your life around.Two full-time schedules are open:- Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3pm to 11pm, plus Monday and Tuesday, 11pm to 7am- Wednesday to Sunday, 11pm to 7amTell us which schedule suits you when you apply.

Royale Company staffs the front desks of luxury residential high-rises - some of the best-known buildings in the city. We move fast: you'll hear from us within one business day, and most candidates complete the hiring process within a week.

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
Coordinate vendor and contractor access
Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
Maintain records in the building software (training provided)

What We Expect

Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles
Reliability and punctuality
Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift
Background check required (at our cost)

Hiring Process
