We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and supply chain industry. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting both customer and company standards. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will need to work collaboratively with other coworkers to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Leadership experience Ability to operate a forklift Computer literate Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word programs Excellent communication skills Basic math skills Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow Effective communication with team of warehouse staff, providing leadership and training Oversee preparation and verify accuracy of daily paperwork Monitor labor costs and efficiencies to improve profitability Maintain a safe and orderly work environment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Develop and implement effective warehouse processes for increased efficiency Collaborate with coworkers to improve overall supply chain performance. Schedule of available shifts
Second shift Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 2 am
