With extensive experience performing work for transportation agencies, bridge commissions, municipalities, railroads, and private clients, they have completed numerous bridge replacements, rehabilitations, and design-build projects for organizations such as PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, SEPTA, and local government agencies.

Job Description

• Direct all on-site bridge construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and long-range work plans.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor productivity and adjust resources to maintain project schedules.
• Review project plans, specifications, shop drawings, and contract documents.
• Communicate project expectations to field personnel and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years of bridge construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with bridge replacement, rehabilitation, concrete structures, steel erection, foundations, and structural repairs.
• Strong understanding of heavy civil construction methods and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
