Buscamos un especialista en cumplimiento para apoyar y mantener nuestro sistema SQF, programas de inocuidad alimentaria, auditorías y cumplimiento regulatorio en nuestras plantas de procesamiento y centros de distribución. Responsabilidades:• Administrar documentación SQF, planes HACCP, SOPs y registros de seguridad alimentaria.
• Supervisar los procesos de control documental y cumplimiento.
• Coordinar auditorías internas y externas y acciones correctivas.
• Apoyar iniciativas de capacitación en calidad, seguridad alimentaria y regulaciones.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos SQF, HACCP, OSHA y USDA. Requisitos:
• Título en Calidad, Ingeniería Industrial o campo relacionado.
• Conocimiento de regulaciones HACCP, SQF, OSHA y USDA.
• Experiencia con Microsoft Office y SAP.
• Sólidas habilidades organizativas, de liderazgo y comunicación.
