Your 6-Week Launchpad

1. Combine Training: Paid Classroom Academy Master the psychology of sales; communication and home remodeling fundamentals while earning your base pay + commission.
2. Rookie Season: In-Field Execution Put theory into practice with hands-on mentoring. This phase unlocks up to $4,500 in performance bonuses as you build confidence and momentum.
3. PRO: The Elite Track High performers are fast-tracked into our Leadership Development Program to prepare for promotion into management or advanced closing roles.

What Youll Be Doing Daily

• Be the Face of the Brand: Connect directly with local homeowners to educate them on how Grapevine Pros premium exterior upgrades protect and add massive value to their homes.
• Spark Action: Build instant trust, break the ice, and schedule qualified appointments for our senior design consultants.
• Sharpen Your Edge: Participate in daily, high-energy team meetings, masterclasses, and strategy sessions designed to level up your mindset and sales skills.
• Work When It Matters: Work a flexible schedule (including afternoons and weekends) because thats when homeowners are actually home and ready to talk.
