Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled RN for the ICU Float Pool in Burlington, VT. This is a 16-week travel assignment where the nurse will be floating among units within the central pool ICU. The role requires flexibility with scheduling to accommodate the needs of the unit and patient care in a large teaching facility environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU Float Pool

• Provide comprehensive care in ICU settings, including post-cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma-level 1, general surgery, neurosurgery, and overflow MICU
• Demonstrate flexibility to float first among various units
• Adjust schedule to meet patient care and unit needs, including working every other weekend
• Adhere to all facility protocols and procedures

Requirements of the RN - ICU Float Pool

• Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in large (500+ bed) teaching facilities
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Recent EPIC experience (within the past 2 years)
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle transportation is required
