Job Title: RN for ICU Float Pool


Location: Burlington, VT


Pay: $2,835 per week


Shifts: Monday to Sunday, flexible scheduling including weekends


Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN to join the ICU Float Pool on a travel assignment. This role involves providing exceptional care in a large teaching facility, working across units within the central pool ICU. The successful candidate must be flexible, prepared to float as needed, and have a strong background in intensive care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN for ICU Float Pool

• Deliver high-quality patient care across ICU units
• Float to required units based on staffing needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
• Adapt to varying patient needs including post cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma, and neurosurgery cases

Requirements of the RN for ICU Float Pool

• Valid AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• CCRN certification preferred
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
• Experience in a 500+ bed teaching facility
