Run our investor relations team and its rhythm: updates, the data room, questions answered the same day, nothing left hanging. Work directly with the investment team — sit in on the thinking, know the portfolio cold, and translate it honestly for the people who trust us with their capital. Build the room: investor briefings, events, and the quiet, consistent communication that compounds trust. Who you are: You have done investor relations, capital formation, or investment work at a fund, a bank, or a family office — and investors ask for you by name. You write the way you talk: clear, short, honest. Numbers are your native language. You treat other people's capital the way you would treat your own family's.
