Location: Longview, TX


Pay: $72 per hour


Shifts: Nights 7PM-7AM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN - Med Surg - Travel to join a dynamic healthcare team in Longview, TX. This role is perfect for nurses with expertise in general Intermediate Care, managing a wide range of conditions such as Neuro, Respiratory, Cardiac, GI issues, and more. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring comprehensive care for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Meets the expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice.
• Using the appropriate protocol, administers medications and treatments; monitors for side effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identify issues and resources.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• RN License in state of TX or compact
• 2 years of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
• BLS required (AHA only)
• ACLS required (AHA only)
• NIH required
