Global Legal Entity Governance Analyst

Bank of America is looking for an analyst to join the Legal Entity Executive Group within the CFO organization. This position supports the governance and oversight of the bank's global legal entity structure, driving strategy and simplification across ~400 subsidiaries. The role offers exposure to regulatory frameworks and corporate governance, promoting partnerships with various lines of business while supporting operational excellence initiatives.
