What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the York location, including:

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team

Driving appliance and water treatment sales growth

Delivering an outstanding customer experience from showroom to installation

Managing daily store operations and ensuring operational excellence

Building relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, and community organizations

Supporting local marketing, networking, and community events

Promoting our water treatment solutions and helping customers understand the impact water quality has on their homes and appliances

Upholding the values and culture that make LH Brubaker a trusted name in our community

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

A proven leader with retail, showroom, or sales management experience

Passionate about coaching and developing people

Customer-focused with strong communication skills

Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales goals

Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Experienced in home improvement, appliances, water treatment, construction, or related industries (preferred)
