Develops and builds strong relationships with key growth partners, including health plans, brokers, and community-based organizations. Collaborate with key internal partners to support membership growth and customer service. Supervises the field-based Marketing team to successfully meet/exceed production goals. Provides training, shadowing, mentoring, and monitoring of staff activities. Models and teaches best practices to assist with team development and goal attainment. **Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field instead of a degree.* Active CA Insurance Health/Life License preferred* Five or more years of health care, managed care, or related marketing experience.* Health Care background preferred.* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.**Compensation**$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
