You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are not only effective but also resilient in the face of evolving threats. Key responsibilities include:Cybersecurity Design & Implementation: Support the decomposition of Statements of Work (SOW) into actionable, cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Design and oversee the implementation of critical cybersecurity capabilities. Collaboration & Strategy Development: Work with internal and external teams to enhance Cyber Resiliency across a portfolio of Owego programs.Cybersecurity Leadership: Lead the effort to streamline the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and accelerate Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals.Security Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the development of cybersecurity artifacts, ensuring compliance with industry standards like NIST 800-53. Lead efforts to achieve and maintain ATO for systems and technologies.Please note: This position requires ability to maintain a government DoD SECRET level clearance.This position is onsite in Owego, NY.
