Sr HR Administrator

Position Overview Sr HR Administrator – Nuclear Team. Provides administrative support to HR in HRIS, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development, training and Total Rewards. Responsibilities Initiate and review employee transactions in HRIS. Handle process flow of workplace movements (hires, terms, transfers, promotions, etc.) and related communications with Payroll and others. Assist with the collection of data for HR metrics, employee engagement surveys and workforce data. Assist with the preparation of data and reports for management. Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and reports in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Handle HR questions and concerns and raise issues requiring senior management attention. Assist management with implementation and tracking of organizational training, development and talent management efforts. Support company-wide HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, workforce planning, succession planning, benefits enrollment and talent management programs. Assist management in developing solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Enhance onboarding experience for new hires by facilitating orientation and training programs. Assist with intern recruiting initiatives, related career fairs and university partnerships. Qualifications 4+ years human resources administration experience. Functional understanding of HR principles and practices. Basic understanding of employment laws and policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR information systems. Must be a U.S. Person.
