Prepares, processes and maintains payroll calculations Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and Ad-hoc payroll inquiries Leads the resolution of Payroll related issues and obstacles, ensuring seamless execution of bi-weekly payroll processes. Resolves or escalates issues as needed Respond to payroll related inquiries from the payroll team, human resource professionals, and internal and external stakeholders/customers. Handle escalations as needed Assists with quarterly year-end reconciliations Assist with quarterly payroll tax payments Ability to work additional hours during high peak times to include year-end and implementation Process all global payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and assist with multi-site & multi-state/country payroll runs as needed Payroll Analyst Job Qualifications: 3-5 years’ experience in payroll/accounting Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, supported by proven experience Experience compiling, analyzing and reviewing data. Excel skills required (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc). Strong presentation and inter-personal skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail BS/BA in business, accounting or relevant field required Experience with Ultimate Softwareand Workdaya plus Preferred Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field Education Associates or better in Accounting or related field. Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
