Industrial PainterFull-Time PositionLocation: Houston, TX 77084Schedule: Monday– Thursday, 6:00 AM– 4:30 PMPay Rate: $24.00/hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare and paint industrial components and equipment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands industrial painting processes, and can consistently produce a high-quality finish while following safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and removing contaminantsMix and prepare paints, coatings, primers, and other materials according to specificationsApply industrial coatings using spray guns and other painting equipmentMaintain consistent coverage, thickness, and finish qualityInspect completed work for defects, uneven coverage, runs, drips, or other imperfectionsPerform touch-ups and corrections as neededFollow production specifications, work instructions, and quality standardsProperly clean and maintain spray guns, tools, and painting equipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and properly use required PPECommunicate equipment issues, material shortages, and quality concerns to supervisorsQualificationsPrevious industrial painting experience requiredExperience with spray painting and industrial coatings strongly preferredKnowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniquesAbility to read and follow work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and liftingAbility to work around paint, coatings, fumes, dust, and industrial equipmentAbility to wear required PPE, including respirator/respiratory protection when applicableAbility to safely handle materials and painting equipmentThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Industrial Painter looking for a consistent Monday– Thursday schedule and $24/hour pay.
