What You’ll Do The Data and Projects Coordinator in the Resource Operations and Insights (ROI) unit supports the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of revenue data across FoundationCCC. Reporting to the Manager of Resource Operations and Insights, this role provides hands-on support to revenue-generating teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including maintaining pipeline and stewardship data, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring information across enterprise systems remains accurate and current. The Coordinator also partners with Business Systems on data quality, system configuration, and reporting needs and provides project and administrative support to the broader Resource Development Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, collaborative, and skilled at supporting efficient processes, projects, and team operations. Coordinate projects and departmental initiatives by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, tracking action items and deadlines, maintaining project documentation, and following up with stakeholders to keep work moving forward. Manage project tasks and workflows using Asana and other project management tools, including maintaining project boards, updating task statuses, monitoring outstanding items, and supporting timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to support meetings, projects, operational needs, and department-wide initiatives while maintaining clear communication and organized documentation. Support the development and improvement of departmental processes, systems, and workflows, including documenting procedures, identifying operational inefficiencies, and helping implement solutions. Maintain accurate and current data in Salesforce, including opportunity, account, contact, and pipeline records, while supporting data quality, cleanup, reconciliation, and governance activities. Prepare reports, data pulls, and other materials from Salesforce and related systems to support team decision-making, reporting, stewardship, and project needs. Partner with Business Systems and internal teams to address data quality and system issues, troubleshoot user needs, support system enhancements, and maintain training and reference materials.Provide administrative and operational support across the Resource Development Department, including scheduling, document preparation, team-building activities, departmental logistics, and special projects. Attributes for Success At least two years of experience in project coordination, operational support, data/database coordination, or a related area preferred. Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with experience tracking tasks, deadlines, documentation, and follow-up across multiple projects or stakeholders. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, maintain attention to detail, and consistently deliver accurate, timely work. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and departments. Experience using project management or task-tracking tools such as Asana or similar platforms. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, including data entry, database coordination, reporting, or data-quality activities. Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology quickly and troubleshoot basic operational or system issues. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness in all data management activities. Knowledge of and ability to apply database management and data entry principles, including experience with data quality and reconciliation processes.
