Patent Agent Role
This patent agent role within the firm's Intellectual Property team involves handling complex client work related to semiconductor technology. Key duties include drafting patent applications and responses to USPTO communications, supporting attorneys to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials engineering, physics, chemical engineering, or a related technical field, and ideally be licensed to practice before the USPTO.
