Right at Home Cleveland West is a leading provider of in-home care and assistance for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve by offering compassionate and reliable care. We are looking for a dynamic Community Liaison to join our team and help expand our reach within the local community.

The Community Liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources to increase awareness of Right at Home Cleveland West’s services. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication and networking skills who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, hospitals, and other referral sources.

• Promote Right at Home Cleveland West’s services through community outreach, networking events, and presentations.

• Identify new partnership opportunities and establish strong referral channels.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings.

• Work closely with the internal team to align marketing and outreach efforts with business goals.

• Track outreach efforts and analyze effectiveness to refine strategies as needed.

• Educate potential clients and families on the benefits of in-home care and Right at Home’s unique services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in community outreach, sales, marketing, or healthcare preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus.

• Ability to travel within the Cleveland West area to attend meetings and events.
