Position Summary

Right at Home is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and relationship-focused Home Care Marketing Liaison to promote our in-home care services and strengthen our presence in the local community. This role is responsible for developing referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, and educating healthcare professionals, senior service providers, families, and community partners about Right at Home’s services.

The Home Care Marketing Liaison serves as a key representative of the agency, helping connect seniors, adults with disabilities, and families with trusted home care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians’ offices, hospice providers, senior centers, elder law attorneys, and community organizations.
• Promote Right at Home’s services through community outreach, networking, presentations, and professional relationship-building.
• Identify new referral opportunities and create strategies to increase client inquiries and admissions.
• Educate referral partners and prospective clients about non-medical home care services, including personal care, companionship, respite care, dementia care, and assistance with daily living.
• Represent Right at Home at health fairs, senior expos, networking events, community meetings, and local business events.
• Conduct regular follow-up with referral partners to strengthen relationships and encourage ongoing referrals.
• Collaborate with intake, care coordination, scheduling, and operations teams to support a smooth referral-to-client process.
• Track marketing activities, referral sources, contacts, visits, and outcomes using CRM software or agency tracking systems.
• Assist with planning and executing local marketing campaigns, community events, educational programs, and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and community needs related to senior care and home care services.
• Maintain a professional and positive image of Right at Home in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare marketing, senior services, community outreach, sales, admissions, or business development preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable presenting to individuals, small groups, and professional audiences.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of home care, senior care, healthcare referrals, or aging services is a plus.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM or contact management systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.

Preferred Experience

• Home care, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, rehabilitation, or senior living marketing experience.
• Existing referral relationships with local healthcare providers or senior service organizations.
• Experience meeting outreach, census, admissions, or referral goals.
• Background in healthcare sales, community relations, client services, or social services.

Work Environment

This role includes regular local travel to referral partners, community organizations, networking events, and client-facing meetings. The Home Care Marketing Liaison may also spend time in the office supporting marketing strategy, reporting, follow-up, and coordination with internal teams. Occasional evening or weekend events may be required.
