Our client, who are growing across north America are looking for an IT / Salesforce Project Manager who’s specialised in software implementations at an enterprise level. You'll ideally have a solid background in managing software deployment projects, from initial planning through to completion and support. This is a north America based, home working role and you must hold the right to work in the USA. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities for the IT / Salesforce Project Manager: - Software project planning and coordination - Project execution and monitoring - Stakeholder communication - Risk management - Project documentation and reporting Skills As the IT / Salesforce Project Manager you must have: - Extensive experience in managing multiple enterprise-level software implementation projects. - SCRUM experience - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to analyse data and generate insights to improve project outcomes. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience Requirements Ideally you will have experience of managing Salesforce-based implementation projects for the HR, HCM or Staffing sectors.
