Director of Operations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Overseesand manages operations forall disciplines within theoutpatient facility(s)andassistsDirector of Operations with Sherman behavioral facility(s). Overseestherapeuticservices to patients and their families,to includecase managementand therapeutic responsibilities. Seeksresources to answer unmet needs. Ensures program compliance with JCAHO, HCFA, State, and patientrightsregulatory standards. Coordinates performance improvement activities and is responsible for the effectiveness of theprogramquality management activities. Evaluates the appropriateness of all medical/psychiatric emergency interventions performed in the program. Managesother PHP/IOP Clinic Managers. Directsand manageseffective clinical service deliverysystemusing applicable principlesofsocialwork, patient psychosocial assessment, group and individual psychotherapy, family intervention, patient/familyeducationand treatment planning. Reports to workin a timely mannerandadheresto policies, procedures,and processes. Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS RequiresMaster’s degree in social work, counseling or psychologyfrom an accredited college or university. Requires twoto five yearsofexperience as a Social Workerin the mental health field. Leadership experienceisstrongly preferred.
