Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the promotional products industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, process improvement, and strategic planning, with experience in the decoration industry. This role will be crucial in modernizing our business processes, expanding our decoration methods, and entering new verticals.



Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to modernize and streamline business operations.
• Identify and evaluate new decoration methods and potential verticals for expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders within the promotional products industry.

• Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications:
