Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions across multiple regions and countries. What you have:
- Prior experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM core modules.
- Proven experience in HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation.
- Extensive experience in multi-region/country Oracle HCM configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with developing solutions using Oracle Journeys, email notifications, and approval workflows.
- Strong background in customization, including DFF, EFF, report customization, concurrent programs, value sets, and form functions.
- Experience conducting CRP sessions and fit-gap analysis.
- Familiarity with the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
