Job Description: Product Designer (Research Platform) The Research Platform team is part of a centralized product infrastructure organization focused on enabling high-quality, efficient research insights that drive product success and innovation. This team supports tools used by UX researchers, data scientists, and product teams at scale. This role will cover for a senior designer on leave and will own design across multiple areas of the Research Platform. Key Focus Areas

Job Description: Product Designer (Research Platform) The Research Platform team is part of a centralized product infrastructure organization focused on enabling high-quality, efficient research insights that drive product success and innovation. This team supports tools used by UX researchers, data scientists, and product teams at scale. This role will cover for a senior designer on leave and will own design across multiple areas of the Research Platform. Key Focus Areas
- Research Lab - Gather UX feedback, iterate on designs, and drive solutions toward production readiness
- Budget Management - Executive-facing survey budget tool; partner with engineering to refine and launch
- Competitive Intelligence - Support development of a new product initiative
- Consumer Insights App - A consumer-facing application used to capture insights globally
- Design and iterate on research tools across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, and content design to drive execution
- Navigate complex problem spaces across research operations, AI, compliance, and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across experimentation, metrics, and data analytics platforms
- 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding or design workflows)
- Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to clear, well-reasoned design solutions (not just visual execution)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience designing for data platforms, research tools, analytics tools, or compliance workflows
- Proficiency with Figma
- Strong systems thinking - ability to design cohesive workflows across complex platforms
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
