Are you an experienced operations professional who thrives on organization, problem solving, and keeping business processes running smoothly? We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Supervisor to take ownership of customer operations, inventory, logistics, and warehouse activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Customer Operations & Order Management (40%)

• Own the entire order process from customer purchase order through shipment and delivery.
• Process and manage sales orders, shipping documentation, and customer transactions within the ERP system.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers regarding order status, inventory availability, shipment tracking, and logistics.
• Monitor open orders, identify risks early, and drive issues through resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Service, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

ERP Systems & Process Management (20%)

• Maintain accurate operational data, inventory transactions, and order information within the ERP system.
• Ensure inventory movements, inspections, orders, and shipments are properly documented.
• Support process improvements, workflow optimization, automation initiatives, and SOP development.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy

Warehouse Receiving, Inspection, Packing & Shipping (25%)

• Receive incoming products and perform required inspections.
• Pick, pack, label, document, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Logistics & International Shipping (10%)

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from suppliers and distribution partners.
• Work with freight carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Manage shipping documentation and customs-related requirements.
• Track shipments through delivery and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination (5%)

• Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, product availability, delivery schedules, and open issues.
• Support purchasing and inventory planning activities.
• Identify potential shortages or supply risks and escalate concerns proactively

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, customer operations, or order management.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international shipping and customs processes.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
• Experience supporting inventory forecasting and purchasing activities

This is a Permanent position based out of Davie, FL.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Health, Dental Insurance. PTO: 10PTO(7 Holidays & 3 Floating Holiday's) Additional 15 vacation days.

This is a fully onsite position in Davie,FL.
