We're seeking a reliable Industrial Painter to join a growing team that takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.If you have experience with industrial coatings, surface preparation, and spray equipment, we'd like to hear from you.Schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Pay rate is $20–$21/hour, based on experience.What You'll Do:Prepare metal and plastic parts for painting and fabricationApply a variety of industrial coatings to manufactured productsMonitor paint application and ensure quality standards are metOperate paint equipment and work within paint booth environmentsAssist with moving and rigging large products throughout the painting processFollow OSHA and company safety proceduresWear and properly use respiratory protection equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work areaReport equipment issues and assist with other production duties as neededWhy Apply?First-shift scheduleCompetitive pay based on experienceStable, full-time opportunityHands-on work in a manufacturing environmentOpportunity to grow your skills and careerQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredAuto Body or Industrial Painting certification preferred2+ years of industrial or automotive painting experience preferredExperience with surface preparation and coating adhesion techniquesFamiliarity with media blasting, chemical etching, and degreasing processesAbility to mix and apply industrial urethane, water-based, and solvent-based coatingsKnowledge of activators, hardeners, and paint application equipmentAbility to produce a high-quality finishStrong attendance and time management skillsWillingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when neededTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
