Are you an experienced painter looking for a great first-shift opportunity? We're seeking a reliable Industrial Painter to join a growing team that takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

If you have experience with industrial coatings, surface preparation, and spray equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

Schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Pay rate is $20–$21/hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare metal and plastic parts for painting and fabrication
• Apply a variety of industrial coatings to manufactured products
• Monitor paint application and ensure quality standards are met
• Operate paint equipment and work within paint booth environments
• Assist with moving and rigging large products throughout the painting process
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Wear and properly use respiratory protection equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report equipment issues and assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Auto Body or Industrial Painting certification preferred
• 2+ years of industrial or automotive painting experience preferred
• Experience with surface preparation and coating adhesion techniques
• Familiarity with media blasting, chemical etching, and degreasing processes
• Ability to mix and apply industrial urethane, water-based, and solvent-based coatings
• Knowledge of activators, hardeners, and paint application equipment
• Ability to produce a high-quality finish
• Strong attendance and time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed
