As a Sr Product Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational and technical solutions aimed at improving product quality, safety, and product support efficiencies. This position acts as a liaison between Sunbelt Rentals Field Operations and the Support Office and/or Preferred Vendors in order to facilitate a timely resolution to service operation issues. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plans and Modeling tools for individual profit centers, geographical areas and market segments. Ad hoc reporting and analysis. Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Implement and work with available Business Intelligence Tools (i.e. Accelerate and Zilliant) and Dashboard reports. Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive operational efficiencies and understand ROI and marketing programs, pricing, new store rollouts as well as other new projects. Develop financial models and analyses to support the Divisions strategic initiatives. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes. Support Senior Management Team, Field Management and Corporate departments with in-depth financial analysis. Participate in financial due diligence and analysis of acquisition opportunities. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $74,501.00 - 102,438.60 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
