HHD Dialysis Technician

Experienced Dialysis Technician (PCT)

DaVita is seeking an experienced dialysis technician (PCT) to support patients in our home hemodialysis (HHD) program. This role supports patients training to dialyze at home, helping them live more independently while managing kidney disease.

What You'll Do

• Assist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervision
• Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment
• Monitor and record patient vitals and treatment responses
• Support follow-up care, supply tracking, and telehealth check-ins
• Provide technical and emotional support throughout HHD training

Requirements

• Certified dialysis technician with experience in ICHD / PD / Acutes
• Accredited high school diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Flexible schedule (may include weekends or holidays)
• Willing to train in HHD and float across clinics as needed
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, or healthcare experience
