Machine Assistant

Overview Position Title: Machine Assistant Wage: $21.00/hour · Shift: 12 Hour Days · Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm · Location: Weyauwega, WI Responsibilities Assist Machine Operators in operating equipment to produce finished goods according to specifications Help fill customer orders accurately and efficiently Support the building of spools for product production and maintain the spool inventory (supermarket) Deliver parts and materials to machines to ensure smooth operation Accurately label rolls and packaging products for shipment Perform quality testing to verify products meet customer and internal standards Use assisted lifting devices safely when loading rolls onto skids Read and interpret safety rules, operational procedures, and maintenance instructions to ensure compliance Participate in 5S activities to promote a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to keep production lines running efficiently and troubleshoot minor issues Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills Good physical stamina and ability to lift materials with assistance when needed Basic reading and comprehension skills Willingness to learn and grow within the company About the Employer Equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
