Job Description Administrative Aide 2 supports the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks. Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00 - $20.00 Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations of the department Help with or prepare for department events Answer and operate departmental phones, emails, or other correspondence Support department staff Answer student, faculty, staff, or University visitor questions Provide customer service Update and maintain department files Demonstrate professional verbal and written skills Use Microsoft, Adobe, or other computer or departmental programs Create social media material and marketing materials Qualifications Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University A Federal Work Study Award (potentially) Relevant prior experience working in an office setting (potentially) Experience in another administrative position (potentially) About Us This position will help student employees demonstrate and cultivate the career readiness competencies in accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
