TITLE Recruiter
JOB SUMMARY Reports to the Talent Manager or VP of Operations and is responsible for executing recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY Reports to the Talent Manager or VP of Operations and is responsible for executing recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains quarterly Recruiter recruiting metrics including individual contribution to division gross profit.
- Sources applicants through various methods including job board advertising, job site search, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
- Reviews resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates.
- Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen job candidates.
- Meets daily call volume requirements as determined by the Talent Manager.
- Coordinates and conducts on-site and virtual interviews.
- Manages all communication with candidates.
- Manages the job offer including negotiation and administration.
- Provides regular updates and feedback to the Talent Manager regarding changes to both pipeline and current staff.
- Manages candidates in the applicant tracking system by keeping detailed notes on all applicants.
- Facilitates and tracks pre-employment onboarding process in coordination with HR Coordinators.
- Manage existing field staff through frequent check-ins, mitigating issues as they arise and collaborating with other departments where appropriate.
- Performs all other duties assigned by the Talent Manager or VP of Operations.
- Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous, outside sales or customer service experience is a plus
Basic computer proficiency including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
