What Makes This Program Different? For the first three months, you'll be hired as a Recruiter Trainee at $17.00/hour while completing our development program. During this time, you'll receive hands‑on training from experienced leaders in healthcare staffing, learn our recruiting process, master industry‑leading technology, and begin recruiting with coaching every step of the way. This program is intentionally designed as an opportunity to earn a permanent position , not simply be handed one. After completing training, you'll have approximately two months to demonstrate what you've learned by displaying professionalism, coachability, activity, accountability, and an exceptional candidate experience. Successful graduates will transition into a full‑time Recruiter position.
