Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first HR Generalist to join our team. This role is a cornerstone of our HR operations supporting payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration across our growing national clinic network.

Duties & Responsibilities Payroll Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time in compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal laws.
Prepare and submit required payroll compliance reports (EEO-1, ACA, ALE, Pay Data, etc.) Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll laws as we continue to expand.
Onboarding Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through first-day.
Educate new employees on benefits options, enrollment windows, and company policies.
Collaborate with Clinic Directors and department leads to create a positive onboarding experience.
Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, and disability plans.
General HR Support Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
Assist HR Director with employee relations documentation and administrative support on an as-needed basis.
Assist department with projects, audits, and process improvement as needed.
Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.
Track and document compliance with mandatory training, professional licensure, and required certifications.
Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
Ability to exercise initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms; Can‑do attitude and willingness to support clinic operations as needs arise.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience with hands‑on, independent payroll processing experience preferred.
Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (standard business hours)
