Advanced G.P.R. Corporation is one of Arizona's leading specialty contractors providing Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Utility Locating, Concrete Coring & Cutting, Fire stopping, Leak Detection, CCTV Pipe Inspection, Underground Utility Mapping, and other specialized services for commercial, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, aviation, municipal, and data center construction projects.

We're looking for an exceptional Construction Recruiter / HR Generalist who thrives on finding great people where others can't.

This isn't a position for someone who simply posts jobs and waits for applicants.

We're looking for someone who is creative, persistent, and competitive—someone who enjoys the challenge of recruiting hard-to-find construction professionals and building long-term relationships with top talent.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
  
• Develop creative recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, industry associations, referrals, networking, trade schools, military transition programs, and other recruiting channels.
  
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates before positions become available.
  
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  
• Coordinate hiring managers, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
  
• Develop employment branding and recruiting marketing initiatives.
  
• Attend hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results.
  

HR & Employee Experience

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
  
• Prepare offer letters and employment documents.
  
• Maintain personnel files and HR records.
  
• Manage I-9s, E-Verify, and employment documentation.
  
• Track certifications, badges, licenses, safety training, and compliance.
  
• Assist with employee relations and HR administration.
  
• Support payroll preparation and timekeeping administration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  
• Construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  
• Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill technical positions.
  
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
  
• Indeed Employer experience.
  
• ATS/CRM experience (Zoho Recruit preferred).
  
• Employment branding and social media recruiting.
  
• Experience with Handshake, career fairs, employee referral programs, and passive candidate sourcing.
  
• Knowledge of onboarding, I-9, E-Verify, and HR compliance.
  
• Experience using AI and recruiting technology to improve hiring efficiency.

Schedule

• Full-time, salaried position
  
• Initial schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  
• As our recruiting and operations processes continue to grow, the regular schedule is expected to transition to approximately 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
  
• This is a full-time salaried position. While the normal schedule is 40+ hours per week, flexibility is required to support recruiting initiatives, onboarding, and business operations as needed.
  
• This is an in-office position based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
