Due to continued growth, Tenth Revolution Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our U.S. Talent Acquisition team in Scottsdale. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for our internal sales and recruitment teams across multiple U.S. offices. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and play an integral role in supporting the continued growth of our business. What you will be responsible for: As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internal hiring across our U.S. business. Your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple recruitment processes from initial intake through offer acceptance. Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. Conducting initial candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit. Coordinating interview processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Managing offer discussions and supporting candidates through the hiring process. Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Maintaining accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System. Providing regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers. Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, networking events, and social recruiting efforts. How you will do this: Success in this role comes from combining relationship-building with a proactive recruitment approach by: Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Building long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates. Managing multiple vacancies while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Using recruitment metrics and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes. Delivering an efficient, engaging, and professional recruitment process from first contact through onboarding. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Skills and experience we are looking for: Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, agency recruiting, or sales recruiting experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Confidence conducting candidate interviews and managing hiring processes. Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to deliver results. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, or other sourcing tools is a plus. Compensation: Base: $43,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience) Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
