OEM delivers proactive supplier management solutions for the major Primes and Tier-1’s across the aerospace, defense, and shipbuilding sectors. By integrating our supplier specialists directly within supply chain networks, we deliver a level of oversight and engagement that surpasses conventional methods. Headquartered in Arizona, OEM is experiencing rapid growth and we have an exciting opportunity for a junior level Recruiter to join our expanding team. Primary responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates for all levels of positions. This is an onsite role based in Scottsdale AZ. Remote work will not be considered. Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required. Duties & Responsibilities: Consult with leadership proactively to understand business needs and staffing requirements; collaboratively developing a talent plan for the organization Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and set requirements to screen candidates effectively and efficiently Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions Manage all aspects of the job posting process Leverage various resources to source qualified candidates Proactively build relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their application(s). Efficiently move selected candidates through the hiring process Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience At least two years of full cycle recruiting experience and/or experience supporting a Recruiting Department Manufacturing experience preferred Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Experience in sourcing passive candidates. Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ability to track and present metrics on a monthly basis. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail.
