Actalent is looking for a patient specialist located in Richardson, TX!

Job description:

• Attend weekly team meetings to discuss study details
• Outbound calls to patients
• Asking patients qualifying questions
• Scheduling patients to come onsite
• Meet weekly metrics

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
• No weekends!
• Full-time schedule

Qualifications:

• Experience in a call center preferred
• Experience in customer services preferred

This is a contract position based out of Richardson, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
