In-Home Patient Care Registered Nurse Specialist
Transform recovery where it matters most—the home. In this part-time role, you’ll combine clinical judgment with compassionate teaching to help patients and families feel confident and supported between appointments.
Your impact- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing assessments
- Design and refine care plans as patient needs evolve
- Track progress and document findings with precision
- Partner with physicians, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team
- Coach patients and families on safe, effective self-care
- Schedule: 16–24 hours per week (part-time)
- Daily volume: About 2–3 patient visits
- Compensation: $40–$43 per hour
- Current RN license
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and thorough documentation habits
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
